Does it really cost me nothing?+
Correct — provided you weren't at fault and the claim is successful, the hire cost is recovered from the at-fault party's insurer. You don't pay a deposit, daily rate or excess. Eligibility is confirmed before you take the vehicle.
Will this affect my own insurance or no-claim bonus?+
No. Because the replacement cost is pursued against the at-fault driver, you don't need to claim on your own policy for the hire vehicle, so your premium and no-claim bonus aren't affected by it.
What kind of car will I get?+
A vehicle equivalent to your own — like-for-like. If you drive a family SUV you get an SUV; if you drive a prestige European car, we match that class. Subject to fleet availability at the time.
How quickly can I get a replacement?+
